I believe everyone deserves the chance to feel whole and to build a life that feels true to who they are. Therapy, for me, isn't just about working through symptoms — it's about creating a space where you can slow down, listen to yourself, and reconnect with parts of you that may have been pushed aside by stress, expectations, or past hurt. It's a privilege to walk alongside people as they move toward more clarity, confidence, and emotional ease.
My approach blends psychodynamic and psychoanalytic understanding with family systems work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and, when helpful, CBT for practical tools. But more than the techniques, the heart of our work is the relationship we build — steady, curious, and grounded in trust. I aim to offer a space where you don't have to perform or hold it all together, where your experiences are met with respect and genuine care.
I'm especially committed to supporting people with racialized identities, and I approach this work with humility and cultural awareness. I understand that many of us carry layered experiences — strength, pressure, invisibility, pride, and the challenge of moving between different worlds. I hold space for all of that complexity, without asking you to simplify or explain away who you are.
I do this work because it's deeply meaningful to witness people find relief from what once felt overwhelming and to see them reconnect with parts of themselves that have been quiet for a long time. My hope is that our work helps you feel more grounded, more connected, and more fully yourself.
